Ingredients
SERVES 4
- 4 cups mixed melon balls or cubes from cantaloupe, honeydew, crenshaw or casaba melons
- 2 cups small whole strawberries, well-rinsed and hulled
- 1/2 cup Cassis or Framboise liqueur
- 4 sprigs mint, optional
Directions
- Toss melon and berries with liqueur, and chill. Serve with a mint sprig, if desired.
